- CVS Library reproduces the source taxonomy; the specific metric per asset is documentary context — scoring is driven by the exposure band (present-day) + change trajectory (expected change by 2050).
- Exposure bands map to fixed indicators (0/20/40/60/80/100). Only wildfire High = 1.8% → ≈80 is Fitch-disclosed.
- Change overlay −10 to +20 per Appendix F quadrant logic. Dynamic weighted VSp = 55/35/10.
- Overlay auto-suggested from the Project Profile; overridable. VSp/VSt combination = MAX + 0.25×MIN (approximation).
- Adaptation ROI applies indicative VSp point reductions (editable) mapped to overlay factors; scenario/horizon selectors are documentary (Fitch = SSP2-4.5 @ 2035).
