What this does

A guided, dropdown-driven estimator of a Fitch-style Climate Vulnerability Signal. Every field is a menu drawn from the CVS taxonomy — asset type, the specific Jupiter peril metric (return period / flood sub-type), an exposure band, a change trajectory, plus scenario and horizon. The engine maps selections to 0–100 indicators, asset-weights across the portfolio, and produces VSp and Climate.VS at 2035 under SSP2-4.5. Pre-rating estimation aid; Fitch's exact mapping and combination matrix are proprietary.
